After much prep and planning, we’re delighted to launch the Movera Academy, and welcome our first group of trainee remortgaging managers into our purpose-built training area.
Over the next four months this cohort will get an introduction to our business, specialist training in client service and experience, and on-the-job mentoring, before transitioning into a Remortgaging team role.
The programme blends different training techniques to gives our new starters theoretical and practical experience, so they can launch their careers at Movera with confidence.
We want to give a big shout out to our Learning and Development team, Nicola Holman, Josh Buivids, Amanda Wright, Kim Godwin and Mike Wild. Not to mention the experts from across our businesses who collaborated on course content. You’ve delivered an incredible course, and here’s to many more freshly minted managers stepping through those academy doors.
