We are excited to share that we have appointed Matt Darwell to the newly established role of Talent Attraction Partner. Matt brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives to the role. He is seeking to strengthen our mission of combining cutting-edge technology with human-centric approaches. He gained extensive experience by leading recruitment teams in Manchester, and in doing so, thrived in both agency and in-house roles.

In his new position, Matt will focus on enhancing our employer brand, redefining traditional talent acquisition practices, and introducing continuity and structure to recruitment strategies. His efforts will play a critical role in ensuring we remain an industry leader. Fostering a culture that attracts, nurtures, and retains exceptional talent.
