We have appointed Glen Walker as our new Director of Professional Standards. We are continuing to strengthen our commitment to quality, compliance and risk management.
Glen brings over two decades of experience in client-facing and risk-focused roles. Having worked across both large financial institutions and specialist firms. His appointment marks a key step in our strategy to further mature our approach to professional standards and embed a proactive, business-wide risk culture.
In his first 100 days, Glen has already introduced a new risk management framework, implemented a leading-edge risk management platform, and begun a full reshaping of the professional standards function to support our ambitious growth plans.
As part of his long-term vision, Glen is now expanding the professional standards team. Recruitment is underway for several new roles, including within our financial crime, advisory, client care and technical support functions. The team will play a critical role in embedding professional standards across all areas of the business.
