ONP Solicitors, part of Movera, has appointed Amy Colton as Senior Operations Manager to head up our newly launched Cardiff office.
A qualified solicitor since 2010, Amy brings over a decade of leadership experience in residential conveyancing. Having held senior roles at Premier Property Lawyers and Countrywide, including deputy and senior manager positions, she’s no stranger to high-performing legal teams. After several years of remote work, Amy saw the launch of ONP’s Cardiff office as the perfect opportunity to return to the energy of an office environment. This time, with a fresh challenge and the chance to build something from the ground up.
Amy is currently completing her ILM Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership. This supports her goal of building a strong, collaborative team culture from day one. Her immediate focus is on recruiting experienced conveyancers who are excited by the opportunity to shape a new office and bring energy and expertise to a fast-growing firm
In the early days, Amy is laser-focused on hand-picking the right people to form the foundation of a high-performing, positive work environment. Her immediate recruitment drive is centred on experienced conveyancers – individuals with a solid grounding who are excited by the prospect of growing a new team and culture from scratch.
