We first introduced our training academies two years ago for individuals with no prior experience to gain the skills to handle straightforward conveyancing transactions. These early programmes quickly proved valuable, establishing a robust pipeline of new professionals and setting the stage for further innovation.
In response to growing demand for flexible learning pathways, we expanded our offering to include the five-week ‘Property Lawyer Academy’. This is for partially experienced individuals, and a remote programme for seasoned professionals. These pilots informed the development of the new flexible academy, an integrated model that now combines multiple formats and learning styles into one streamlined system.
