Meet Taylor Hall, who joined Movera in February 2022 while studying Law and Criminology at university. Introduced through a family friend, she saw Movera as a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in the legal industry.
Today, Taylor is the Client Success Team Manager, leading the team that directly supports our remortgage case managers and property lawyers. Her team are client-facing, assisting with calls, handling queries, and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.
“What I enjoy most about my role now is supporting and developing the team. Helping them build their confidence, improve their skills, and navigate challenges,” Taylor says. “I also love the people here; the supportive culture has played a huge role in where I am today.”
Taylor’s journey at Movera has been one of consistent growth and curiosity. From starting part-time on the phones, she moved into the conveyancing support team before stepping into management.
“Movera has been incredibly supportive throughout my journey, from my early days part-time to now stepping into management,” she says. “I’ve been encouraged to take on new responsibilities, lead on projects, and expand my skillset.”
Her days are varied and full of energy. Taylor guides her team, answers queries, delivers training, handles escalations, and works closely with other departments to ensure clients, brokers, and solicitors receive outstanding service. Every day is different, but her focus always returns to development, growth, and client success.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisation are at the heart of Taylor’s approach. “I’ve learned the importance of being approachable and proactive, especially in a leadership role,” she explains. “Time management and being able to adapt to different situations have also helped me a lot.”
Taylor reflects on some of her proudest moments at Movera, starting with the opportunity to step into a management role while her manager was on maternity leave. “It was a real vote of confidence and made me reflect on how far I’ve come since joining,” she says. Another highlight has been watching her team grow. “The most satisfying part is watching the team succeed, whether that’s seeing someone improve after training or handle a tough situation with confidence,” she explains. “It motivates me to keep growing as a leader and continue building on the experience I’ve gained in different roles across the company.”
When asked what advice she would give to someone starting their career at Movera, Taylor doesn’t hesitate.
“Be open to learning and trying new things. You might start in one area and end up thriving in a completely different part of the business. Ask questions, take on challenges, and don’t be afraid to step up, even if something feels outside your comfort zone. Movera is a company that really supports growth, so if you show drive and a willingness to learn, you’ll go far.”
