Over the past year, Movera delivered strong performance across almost every part of the business. This progress reflects continued investment in our people, operations and infrastructure, alongside a clear focus on improving home moving and remortgage experiences across the UK.
During the year, we welcomed 217 new starters and continued to grow teams across multiple locations. Completions increased by 33 percent in Sale and Purchase and by 13 percent in Remortgage, reflecting both demand and operational capability.
We strengthened our footprint and brand presence, with Cavendish and CAL completing rebrands with new logos and websites, the expansion of our London office to a new floor, and the opening of a new Cardiff office as the team there continued to grow. A dedicated Know Your Client team was also launched to support quality, consistency and compliance at scale.
Several operational milestones were achieved. The Remortgage team reached 5,000 completions in a single day on two separate occasions. We also completed a Modern Method of Auction transaction in just three days from receipt of joint contract, working in collaboration with iamsold and Connells Group.
Alongside business performance, colleagues continued to make use of benefits such as moving day leave and volunteering days to support local communities. The year also saw multiple industry awards, regular opportunities to connect through town halls and team events, and the delivery of a brand wide Movera Live broadcast.
Looking ahead to 2026, the focus remains on continued improvement. Movera is committed to creating a simpler and more supportive environment for its people, while delivering home moving and remortgage experiences that are simpler, faster and more effective for consumers.
