We have been named winner of the North West Leaders Driving Growth award at the UK Private Capital Vision Awards 2025, recognising businesses that are delivering sustained growth while building scalable, resilient operating models.
The award forms part of the North West Leaders Driving Growth series, which highlights portfolio companies demonstrating strong commercial performance, operational discipline and long-term value creation.
We were recognised for transforming the home moving experience through our tech-first, vertically integrated platform, alongside strong financial performance. Over the past three years, we have tripled EBITDA while maintaining consistently high customer satisfaction, with Net Promoter Scores in the 70s.
The judges also highlighted our continued investment in people and capability, including our centralised talent academy, which supports long-term growth by developing skills, consistency and leadership across the business.
The award was accepted on our behalf by Strategy Director Tom Cooke at the event. Commenting on the recognition, our CEO, Nick Hale said:
