Group Chief Executive Officer
Nick knows how to scale businesses. Before joining us in 2022, he grew the European side of a Palo Alto start-up from 15 – 600 people in just three years. His deft handling of the Ventures portfolio at BT saw the team grow to c3,500 people, while achieving double-digit profit growth beyond £200 million annually.
Chief Financial Officer
Jim’s background as a chartered accountant has seen him take on an investment role at Bank of Scotland’s Integrated Finance Division, before becoming Group CFO at BWA Water Additives. There, he led the business through two private equity transactions and a trade sale. He’s a natural mentor, and has played a big part in creating our Movera Academy.

Craig is a solicitor with a track record of leadership in professional services and the legal sector. He has held senior roles at BGL Group, Capita plc, and a number of large scale Legal firms. Craig also specialises in professional regulation, sitting on the Law Society’s Professional Standards and Ethics Committee, ensuring Movera maintains industry-leading standards for partners and clients.
Chief Technology Officer
Since 2018, Andrew has overseen our development, infrastructure and security teams. His work has given us the capability to deliver efficient and secure conveyancing services across the UK. Andrew has over 25 years’ experience working in IT, including 15 years in the Legal technology space.
People & Culture Director
With 25 years of HR experience and a decade in leadership Karen brings a deep commitment to people-centered growth. Her career spans professional services in accountancy and financial sectors, followed by a move into the automotive industry. After building the HR function for an owner-managed business, she’s thrilled to be back in a values-driven company like Movera, where she strives to balance our commercial goals with a strong commitment to our people.
Chief Executive Officer - Conveyancing Alliance & Broker Conveyancing
Mark has decades of experience in senior leadership roles within DLA, Capita, and Optima Legal. His area of expertise is leading growth strategies for tech-led remortgaging, conveyancing and home-moving services across B2B and B2C markets. Since joining us in early 2023, he’s guided our partnership strategy across all our brands and currently leads the CAL business (Broker Conveyancing and Conveyancing Alliance) as Chief Executive Officer.

After training as a chartered accountant at Deloitte, Tom specialised in mergers and acquisitions. Over his career, he’s advised a wide range of privately owned and private equity backed businesses. This experience made him the perfect lead for our special projects team, where he oversaw our first series of integrations. Now, he’s stepped up to shape our wider strategy.

Across our business we deliver digital first experience for lenders, brokers and clients. Our Data team embed a Data Driven business through clear insights and outcomes. The Movera technology team work collaboratively with each business area and weigh partners with the clear objective, to improve the moving experience.
Our legal services expertise extends beyond Conveyancing with a team of Solicitors specialising in Wills & Probate, Dispute Resolution, Leasehold Enfranchisement & Commercial property. The Private Client team can support our clients well beyond the move, helping secure our clients home for the future.
