We’re searching for another brilliant person, with great people skills, to be part of our Learning and Development Academy Team, based at our state-of-the-art Stockport office.
The Role
The Movera Academy Team are looking for an Apprentice Coordinator to support the learning and development activities delivered by the Academy Team.
Following a 2-week training programme, designed to ensure you get off to the best possible start with us, you will assist in the administration of internal and external training.
This includes working closely with the Movera Training Specialists to manage resources, support the maintenance of our Academy Learning portal and produce appropriate data for the business.
To further enhance your career prospects and capabilities, you will undertake a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and continually develop your skills whilst conducting the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee training and learning records on our learning platform, The Movera Academy portal.
- Run learning system reports, gather and share data in agreed formats as requested.
- Accurately record new instances of internal and external learning and development across Movera
- Upload new learning content and maintain existing content guided by the Academy team content owners
- Produce survey reports from data in the Academy portal to allow the Academy team to analyse feedback from training participants to improve future training programs.
- Liaise with internal and external trainers / companies to organise and plan the delivery of virtual and in-person courses.
- Process purchase orders and invoices relating to learning and development and pass to the appropriate person for authorisation within given timescales
- Support general administrative tasks such as minute taking at relevant meetings and managing email enquiries from colleagues
- Promote a learning and development culture of life-long learning
- Undertake a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship to further enhance your knowledge and skills in this area
What you’ll need
- Educated to GCSE standard, min Grade 5 (C) in Maths and English Language
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Competent in using the basic functions in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good attention to detail
- Proficient skill to communicating across teams and with external suppliers
- A willingness to grow and develop in the role
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday – Friday.
The role is based in Stockport. Hybrid working is available once your probationary period is completed and at your line managers discretion.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08.30 – 17.00.
Salary is up to £23k per annum
