2025 was a big year of growth at Movera

We reported a 33% year-on-year increase in sale and purchase completions across its conveyancing firms, ONP Solicitors and Cavendish, in 2025.

The ONP Solicitors’ remortgage team also achieved a milestone 5,000 completions in one day on two separate occasions.

To support our growth aspirations, we brought in over 150 new colleagues and announced several regional office expansions.

Our total headcount also includes panel management firm LMS, increased to more than 650 employees, including almost 100 new conveyancers and a dedicated Know Your Client (KYC) team to manage source of funds processing and streamline transactions across the two conveyancing brands.

Our CEO, Nick Hale, said: “This growth is the result of ongoing investment in people, processes and technology. Our priority has been to increase capacity without compromising service as we work hard to achieve our ultimate goal – improving the home-moving journey for our people, partners and clients.

“Last year in the UK, purchase transactions averaged 123 days from instruction to completion according to the latest data from Landmark Information Group. At Movera we’re determined to overhaul outdated processes and change the home buying experience for the better, cutting that transaction time and making moving house a joy again, not a chore.”

We recently had a milestone transaction time of just three days between receipt of the draft contract pack and completion, after joining forces with Connells Group and iamproperty. The partnership involved creating specialist teams that communicated and collaborated closely across companies and implementing new processes to ensure transactions common to the three brands were completed faster and more smoothly.

“Our partnership with Connells and iamproperty clearly demonstrates how much of the transaction process – and its efficiency – is within our control,” continued Nick. “Going into 2026, we are continuing to innovate and build partnerships with other parties in the transaction process so that we can collectively improve the home moving journey to the benefit of us all.”

We also undertook two significant rebrands in 2025, bringing a fresh new look and feel to Cavendish as well as its conveyancing referral portal, CAL – unifying the portal portfolio under a single home brand with two product brands: Broker Conveyancing and Agent Conveyancing.

To house its growing operations, we have expanded to another floor space in central London, opened a new ONP Solicitors office in Cardiff, then moved into a bigger office in 2026, and moved its Leeds office to a new, larger premises, now spanning five UK hubs.
