“I manage the Movera Academy, our internal LMS, ensuring that all digital learning modules are running smoothly, the reports are accurate, and employees have the learning they need. I also coordinate with the trainers to make sure they are prepared and supported to deliver training sessions across all locations. My day is a mix of troubleshooting, organising schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between trainers and employees.”
