I develop and deliver academies for colleagues at all levels. I lead departmental upskilling and onboarding for teams, including the Client Success Team (CST) and the Know Your Client (KYC) Team, and am the only trainer cross-trained in both conveyancing and remortgage. I work across our Stockport, Leeds, and London offices, as well as our fully remote teams.
